PRIVACY POLICY

Greetings from dingoresearch.com! Please take a time to read this privacy statement, which governs how the site's visitors (referred to as "you," "your," or "users" generally) can exercise their right to privacy. It gives crucial details about the kinds of information we might gather, the precautions we take to protect it, how the information is utilized, and the conditions under which we might transmit or reveal the information we gather.

In relation to "Personal Data" (which term and its application and reference throughout this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Ordinance), we abide by the data privacy protection compliance requirements under the Personal Data (Privacy), Ordinance Cap 486, of the United States (the "Ordinance").

ADVANCED READING OF THIS POLICY IS REQUIRED BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES YOU AFFIRMATIVELY ACCEPT THIS POLICY AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY USING OUR SITE OR ANY OF OUR SERVICES. DO NOT USE THE SITE OR SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY.

Visitors are urged to sign up for our regular newsletters and marketing communications. It costs nothing to sign up. By clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in each of our emails and newsletters, you may choose not to receive them at any time if you so choose. For your convenience, a link to "unsubscribe" is also available on the site's main page and any pages it is linked with...

1. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

This policy may be modified at any time. The most recent version of this Policy will be applicable each time you access this site. As a result, before using this Site, make sure to check the date of this Policy (which is at the top of the page) and examine any updates that have been made since your last visit.

2. Information Collected by Us

You provide us with two different pieces of information. The first category is Personal Data that you voluntarily choose to submit, and the second category is anonymous aggregate data that was gathered without your knowledge or that of other Site users ("Passive Information").

a. Personal information. Your first and last name, email address, and phone number are a few examples of Personal Data that you might divulge. You are not required to provide Personal Data in order to access the Site's publicly accessible material. By submitting Personal Data, you consent and agree to enable it to be shared with third parties for commercial marketing reasons and with third party service providers as we believe necessary to accommodate any requests you make for information, goods, and services. By following the opt-out methods outlined above, you can later request that we suppress your Personal Data and stop using it for any further marketing initiatives on our part.

b. Passive Knowledge. We keep track of information on how you use the website, including the links you click, your browser type, IP address, referring URL, and timestamp data. To manage the Site and provide you with a higher level of service, we use this kind of information. In order to gauge interest in and usage of different areas of the Site, we may also utilize this information in the aggregate to conduct statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics.

We may take the necessary steps to verify and update the information obtained (including your Personal Data) using generally accepted methods or as may be suggested by the Privacy Commissioner of Personal Data in the United States in order to maintain its accuracy.

YOU CONSENT TO THE USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY BY REGISTERING WITH THE WEBSITE. Users take full responsibility for any privacy breaches or other negative effects resulting from their willing disclosure of personal information.

We could provide affiliate and push notification advertising, display advertising, text advertising, and other commercial services to other businesses. If you click on this advertising, register with these third parties, or buy their goods and services, we might get paid.

You expressly consent to and agree to receive commercial text and SMS messages from us if you give us your mobile phone number. YOU CAN OPT-OUT AT ANY TIME BY TEXTING "STOP," AND YOUR CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION FOR PURCHASE. Maximum 9 messages per month are recurring messages. DATA AND MESSAGE RATES MAY APPLY.

We may use the Active and Passive Information we collect in a variety of ways, including to fulfil your requests for information and services, to keep you updated on market trends, news, and opportunities generally of interest to independent contractors and people interested in working from home, as well as for internal business needs like auditing, data analysis, research, information verification, and anti-fraud activities.
